2022–today · AI-native platformsNow
DoorDash · San Francisco
Staff Product Designer, AI Enablement (Mar 2026–Present) · Senior Product Designer (Apr 2022–Mar 2026)
- Led a 7-person design team to build and ship the contact-center platform that supports every DoorDash and Wolt customer case globally — internally called Astra, replacing the legacy THQ (DoorDash) and Converse (Wolt) tools; released on the production branch by end of June 2026.
- Wrote the team's Pace Car workflow so designers can prototype and validate UX in code on a shared integration branch while production stays protected; approved work is re-cut as small, reviewable slices onto the production branch. 9 contributors shipped 146 code changes to the integration branch in the first half of 2026; 130 were merged.
- Personally wrote and merged 85 engineering pull requests in the first half of 2026; 82% were substantial, complex changes (not minor fixes).
- Owned the homegrown contact-center platform — internally THQ (Teammate Headquarters) — migrating support operations off Salesforce and consolidating customer, dasher, and merchant workflows into one tool.
- Built DashPilot, an AI agent copilot prototype that used retrieval over 118 internal workflows and 600 knowledge-base articles to recommend next actions. The prototype catalyzed a new workstream pulled forward two quarters on the roadmap.
- Ran Studio AI Day: a workshop that taught 54 designers to work in code on any web app in the monorepo, with 9 designers merging their first code change to production.
